Except for Sale Items which cannot be returned for Exchange or Refund unless faulty. If you wish to return an online full price purchase for an exchange or refund, please download and complete the following returns form. Include this form with the goods and send them to the nominated address therein for processing. Roadhouse Australia online offers a 30 day returns policy on all goods no questions asked.
Pursuant to the relevant provisions under Sch. 2 (Australian Consumer Law) of the Competitions and Consumer Act 2010, customers are entitled to a full refund (including shipping) upon request if the product provided has a major fault. Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and Roadhouse/ Roadhouse Australia Pty Ltd. is satisfied with the integrity of the order.
