DC Shoes
DC Shoes from Huntington Beach, California embody extreme
sports like few other brands on earth. DC was founded in 1993 by rally driver
Ken Block and Damon Way, skate legend Danny Way’s brother. DC Shoes was bought
by Quiksilver in 2004. The company has made a name for themselves for their
stylish, functional skate shoes. In the beginning, their shoes were designed
according to the specific preferences of their team riders (such as Danny Way,
Mike Carroll and Rick Howard) and eventually branched out into other clothing
categories as well. In addition to skate shoes, clothing and accessories, DC
also sells snowboard/surf gear and backpacks.
