1.0 MAKING AN ORDER
If you can’t make it to one of our stores, you can still deck yourself out in the latest Roadhouse gear stocked by simply ordering online. Whether you’re in rural Australia, across the Pacific Ocean in New Zealand or even over the other side of the world in the UK, you can purchase online and Roadhouse will send your order right to your doorstep.
To order online firstly you need to be a member of the Roadhouse VIP club. Once you’ve registered and selected your item/s for purchase, simply send us an enquiry with the size and item number you’re enquiring about. We’ll check to see if it’s in stock and then send you a confirming email if you would like to proceed.
Once you’ve confirmed you would like to proceed, one of the Roadhouse management team will then call you and confirm this is the item/s you would like purchase. Through previous experience we have found that this is the most effective way for our valued customers to purchase stock without the hassle of using a cart system. This customer service element also enables you to ask any questions. Here you can obtain good advice about the product you’re purchasing, or advice if there is a better product on offer for your needs.
For example, this is particularly helpful when purchasing work boots and ensures you’re choosing the right boots for your needs, and also the right size as different brands vary significantly.
When making your order we will take down all your details over the phone including your credit card details, where the card is registered, the delivery address and your Roadhouse VIP Club number.
You’ll need to tell us a few things about yourself, as well as the address where your credit card is registered and where you want your order delivered. Don’t worry, all these details are completely secure.
Vast selections of our products are available for purchase online. Plus, our knowledgeable team is always willing to help you out with enquires and suggestions. If you find something you like, drop us a line and we’ll advise you on what is best for your needs.
2.0 SUBMITTING ORDERS & DELIVERY
Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and Roadhouse/Joe Bloggs Essendon Pty Ltd. is satisfied with the integrity of the order.
Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us ("your offer.") We will email you an Order Confirmation for the sole purpose of confirming the details of your offer.
Please note that our Order Confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of your offer or reflect the status of your order in any way. Once Roadhouse/Joe Bloggs Essendon Pty Ltd. are confident that the order is legitimate the product/s will be shipped to you via Australia Post.
2.1 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International Orders are welcome and the above applies. If you live anywhere outside the Australia and wish to make an order, please email email@example.com, quoting the item number, description, your postal details and telephone number. We will reply with further instructions and details of delivery times and costs. Please do not email your credit card details.
Note: You will be notified of the shipping time upon the time the product/s are sent.
2.2 PART OF ORDER IS MISSING
Regrettably mistakes can sometimes happen. If you have received your order and an item is missing, please email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and the missing item, and we will investigate the matter further.
2.3 RETURN POLICY
Roadhouse/Joe Bloggs Essendon Pty Ltd. will replace any products that become damaged during transportation. Any damaged product must be returned within 30 days of receipt together with the original order. The customer will be required to pay for the return postage, however the replaced product will be delivered free of charge.
If there is any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, or the sizing is incorrect, Roadhouse is happy to exchange the item. As long as you’re happy to pay for the postage, no other questions will be asked.

All prices listed on the Roadhouse website are GST inclusive and are reviewed on a regular basis.
Whilst Roadhouse/Joe Bloggs Essendon Pty Ltd. makes every effort to ensure the prices are correct, it should be noted that prices could change from time to time due to circumstances beyond our control. We refer here more specifically to charges associated with freight and delivery.
When you place an order through the Roadhouse website the only information that is retained is the list of the products ordered and the shipping address so that we can fulfil your order.

Although we do everything in our power to ensure the content of the website is current, occasionally items may be out of stock. If any part of your order is unavailable, we will email to inform you. I am sure you understand that it is impossible to have the site always completely up to date. If in the rare case that an item is unavailable please be patient and work with us. We will always work out the problem for you.
We do our best to accurately represent the items in our photography. However, as we have no control over our customers’ monitor settings (colours, resolution, etc.) we cannot guarantee colours will be exactly as they appear on our website. Furthermore, some of the items we sell have a ‘vintage’ or ‘distressed’ finish which commonly have some variety in production.
