Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us ("your offer.") We will email you an Order Confirmation for the sole purpose of confirming the details of your offer.

Once Roadhouse/ Roadhouse Australia Pty Ltd. is confident that the order is legitimate acceptance of your offer will be subsequently communicated via an email to your nominated address. An email confirmation will additionally include both a copy of the invoice for your order and tracking details for delivery.

Returns Policy

Except for Sale Items which cannot be returned for Exchange or Refund unless faulty. If you wish to return an online full price purchase for an exchange or refund, please download and complete the following returns form. Include this form with the goods and send them to the nominated address therein for processing. Roadhouse Australia online offers a 30 day returns policy on all goods no questions asked.

Pursuant to the relevant provisions under Sch. 2 (Australian Consumer Law) of the Competitions and Consumer Act 2010, customers are entitled to a full refund (including shipping) upon request if the product provided has a major fault. In such an event, please contact us at rhe@roadhouse.net.au quoting your order number and details of any apparent fault.
